Help: Stacks not working

I can't get the stacks to fan out or do grid or anything at all. I've tried creating new folders with items in them to no avail.

The only thing I can think of is that I have 2 monitors.

Yes I have repaired permissions.

Just to clear things up, here is a screenshot of the stacks doing nothing. I have a finder window open with the folder on the dock selected.

try [ timg ] tags instead of [ img ] - they make images smaller to fit on the page...

..also, your link there just goes to the imageshack homepage if you click (not copy and paste) it.

sorry, don't have leopard installed yet, but thought that bit of advice might come in useful 😱

Uh, that screen shot shows your mouse clicking on the stack, but that doesn't help us. We all get that when we hold the mouse down on the stack. Showing a still picture does not let us see the animation NOT working 😀
