Hi I need some help ASAP.

My phone hasn't been working right all day and iTunes has finally recognised it, I need to restore it so I can get it working again. However when I try to restore this is what happens:

How can I fix this problem?

Completed them steps but it has still failed to restore 🙁

Try restoring it on another computer.
Seems like your computer has issues communicating with apples servers. It could be an itunes issue or hosts file issue or something blocking the particular port communication like firewall, antivirus or other software installed.
