[Help] Sync apps with a new PC

Hi everyone 🙂
I had to recently format my computer.

But now I want to sync apps again in my iPhone.
The thing is, I'm quite afraid to lose all my games' data (which is A LOT BTW).

So, do you know a workaround to get my apps' updates and new apps from my computer, but without deleting the apps which are there already?

(I remember PC popped me up when I had new apps in the iP4, and it asked if I wanted to sync them).
