help syncing applications to iphone

I have downloaded some application from apple store. I need to put that applications to iphone.
If i snc my itunes app to iphone will it delete app i have downloaded through cydia...?????
if yes how to sync applications keeping the other ones.

No worries, you can just sync your iPhone. Since you mention Cydia, you must have a jailbroken iPhone. Your iPhone will function like a normal one even after being jailbroken, so happy syncing. 🙂
