iPod HELP syncing vid podcast to ipod

I downloaded a video podcast and I cannot get it to go onto my iPod. I get the following error message:

I also tried: "Convert selection for iPod".. which doesn't work.

Do you have a video iPod? I see that your sig says Nano. If you don't have an iPod video than thats your problem.

Ah, yes I do. Haven't added it there yet. For some reason.. it's copied to the iPod.. but still says the error. 😕 No biggie.
