Im struggling to tidy up my iTunes content on my iPhone & macbook, over the years its got a bit of a mess.

On my macbook I seem to have lots of different iTunes folders each with different music/video content. I can't seem to find out which of these folders my iPhone is syncing to. Id like to tidy it all up and delete duplicate files and free up space.

When I connect my iPhone to my macbook and open iTunes it prompts me to sync to a list of Artists and Albums, but this list doesn't necessarily match the iTunes folders on my macbook.

So where exactly in Finder should the iTunes folder on my macbook be located that my iPhone syncs to?

Thanks
