Help to find a solution for the New Macbook to connect with standard USB A devices??

I just bought the new Macbook, It's trouble to connect with standard USB A devices.
Anybody can help?

The three alt adapt or works weLl to power the new MacBook and plug in an external USB 3 hard disk 🙂. but I now need to back up tha hard drive to another one... How??
