Help to fix error 3194 to update from IOS 4.2.1 to 4.3

My current Iphone 4 IOS 4.2.1 upodated from 4.1 preserve baseband 2.10.4, now I want to update to official IOS 4.3 but when verifying, the error 3194 still persist even i follow the step to edit hosts file of gsp.apple.com

Please help, thanks
