Im trading in one of my iPhones and I’m selling it to music magpie uk, I’m just wondering should I erase the iPhone and leave it on the “hello” set up screen or erase the iPhone and set up the phone before I send it to them?

Music magpie doesn’t mention what I should do.

So, why don’t you ask your question directly to ‘music magpie’, don’t you think it would make sense that they would know their own procedures versus someone on here?
