Hi all,

First time poster here.

I work at a company, and currently we are upgrading all of our Macs and my boss wants to start from a clean slate. I'm wondering if there is a way to install all of the necessary apps that we use (such as After Effects, Final Cut, Office) on to one system, and then copy that System's apps to everyone else's computer so that everyone essentially is up to date with all the same versions.

On the first system, we won't be inputting any serial numbers, or anything that would complicate the transfer of apps to different machines.

If this is totally confusing, my bad. Thanks ahead of time.

After all the installs are done and no serial numbers have been entered, use CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper! to make a clone to an external Firewire or USB HDD and then use that HDD to boot the other Macs from and clone the external HDD's contents to the internal HDDs. One by one.
