Help uninstalling unknown iTunes plug-in

A while back I installed a plug-in for itunes that was mean to show the current playing song in the Dashboard or something.. now whenever I open iTunes, after listening to 5 songs this message (attachment) pops up..

I can't remember what the plugin/app was called so I can't uninstall it! Does anyone know what app this is?

I emptied that folder (iMac HD/Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins/) and the problem is still there. Any other ideas?

No, I don't think the widget worked (never showed in Dashboard) in the first place, yet the message still comes up...
