Help..Unlock Wallpaper wont change!

Hey

Ive tried reading others treads but i cant seem to figure out how to change my unlock page wallpaper it just remains on the same one when i try to change it. I have customise and 1.1.4. Im new to all this, can anyone help...please!!!!!!😕
