Help! (unresponsive keys, unhappy with customer service)

    I do not think my agent that has helped me through the process of a broken macbook has treated me right, what number could I call to try and have a second opinion? Thank you!

    You can go this route: Online Service Assistant or you can call 1-800-APL-CARE (1-800-275-2273)

    The keyboard's keys 'F','R', and '4' keys don't work after reinstalling the whole OS, repairing permissions, etc.

    I thought you sent this in for service? You said you will be getting your replacement machine on Tues in your FS thread??? :confused:

    On the order number, it says I am receiving a basic white macbook. I do not want that. I will get it straightened out, and update it.
