hey guys,

this is my first post on this forum,
but i am quite familiar with ipods/iphones/macs- istuff.
its just that i decided to update my apps today,
and the download bar on the app is done, but its not dissappearing.
its there, but i cant use it,
the little blue bar is full, but it hasnt installed the update,
and i dont know what to do, this only happened to three of my apps.
any ideas on whats happening?

btw im running ios 4.1 on my 3rd gen ipod touch.

thanks in advance

AJ-

same here with iBooks, having my iPod turned on for 2 hours now and nothing, books do download but the bar does not disappear!

Have you tried deleting the APP then re-installing it?
How about clearing your temp cache?

If you download a lot and constantly delete things a lot it can cause your cache to sort of get "clogged" up, you'll want to clear that up in general options, I'm at work right now otherwise i'd grab mine and explain exactly how to do it, I'll be home at like 6pm east coast time and if this still has been resolved I'll explain how to do it.
