Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

It sounds like you might have been JB on 4.3.3- you might be using tiny umbrella, so go into the advanced tab and make sure cydia isn't checked as the host. I think that's what it is.

Yes I am JB on 4.3.3, where would I find the advanced tab? I don't mind unjail breaking if that makes any sense! But I have tried to reset the iPad to factory setting and still hasn't worked.

Apple has stopped signing OS5. So, you can't upgrade it to OS5, you can only upgrade yours to firmware Apple currently signing which is 5.0.1.

If you want to do that, just hook up your ipad to Itunes and hit upgrade. Itunes will do the rest.

There is nothing wrong with Apple server, I just upgrade mine from 4.2.1 to 5.0.1 two days ago.

    Then what's wrong with 5.0.1?
