So I bought a 500gb hard drive for my MBP. My plan is to partition it with half for OSX and half for Win7.

I can deal with the Boot Camp and stuff but I am unsure how to move my existing OSX install onto the new drive. I have an external disk to use for backups and whatnot but I am not sure what method to use.

Should I use Time Capsule to make a backup, then use the install DVD to initalize the new disk and restore the BU? Or is there a better way?
