Help Upgrading SSD Firmware

Hello-
I have had this Samsung SSD in my MacBook Pro ever since it was new, and before that I used it in my 2009 13". I have never upgraded the firmware, and after looking at everyone's read and write speeds, I think I might need to, as I only get 120MB read, and 80mb write using the black magic disk speed check from the App Store.
The problem is that I don't know how... I tried googling for the firmware and it looks like you need to install Windows to do it (which I don't mind) but I can't find the firmware to upgrade with for the life of me.How should I go about doing this?
I think this is all the info that's needed to find information on it.

Try this, found here. You'll need bootcamp, or you could put the SSD in a different computer / external hdd case.
