I am having a hard time finding a service that is simple and inexpensive to do two things:

1. Have one number that someone would call and be given options (press 1 for x, press 2 for y, etc.) that would forward the call to a number that you select.

2. Have voicemail for each of those options.

Any suggestions or insight as to why this is such a difficult thing would be helpful.

Lots of services out there that offer just this.

Not free though - but not really spendy either.

I set up our company with RingCentral. We pay about $150/year, and that includes an 800 number and a pretty reasonable amount of minutes.

MacOS client to boot!

Props on the New Glarus Av.

I know there are lots of companies out there that do this and several other things. I'm looking for a little more simplicity. I am using it for an event where people will expect to call me for answers and they will be directed to specific people responsible for specific things. I will only need it for a few months.

Maybe there isn't something simplier than Ring Central, but I've got to believe that there is.
