Help w/ GIMP...x11

OK. So I downloaded theGIMP. It needed x11. So I downloaded that too. Now I try to download it and it says "newer software is already exists on this computer". What am I supposed to do?

The download version of X11 is for Panther. For Tiger, you have to install X11 from your Mac OS X install disc.

OK. Do you know which cd it's on?

Using install disc 1, in Xcode tools install Mac OS X 10.4.pkg. Then use spotlight and find X11user

For me, it's on the first disc. Scroll down and run Optional Installs. X11 is in the Applications group.
