Help WD My Book 4tb not detected

hi

It used to worked before fine.

after i upgrade the firmware from wd, stop working, this is the message i got from below.

I used it with windows 7 fine, no problem.

Anybody has idea to make it detect

hi update

wd support called me, they couldn't figure out what it is wrong.

they said they will get back to me

lucky for me data can be accessed via windows 7 pc

will update again, i am pretty sure it is a firmware
