HELP! What is this file/folder?

In my Hard Drive>Library>Startup Items folder, there's a new, random folder called "Executor." It's got 4 files in the folder: Executor (Terminal File), Executor (application), ExecutorRunner (Terminal File), and StartupRunner.plist.

I discovered it while on the phone with Apple Tech Support. I have NO idea what it is.

I've searched the forums, but couldn't find an answer...

Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Do you, by any chance, have Data Backup by Prosoft Engineering installed? Its manual (1.5MB pdf) mentions a program called Executor that probably handles the backup process.
