Help...which to buy?

Ok..I know someone with an 11" new in the box he'll sell me for 800 even. I also see Best Buy has the 13" for 1099. This would be my first Mac. I know I want an Air, but not sure which to get...someone advise me here.

Today was the last day of the 13" for $1099 at Best Buy.

I got the 11" since I already have a MBP 13" hooked up to an external monitor and basically used as a desktop.

I wanted something truly portable and I felt that the 11" was the right way to go. I can still create content in Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator just fine even though the screen size isn't ideal.

It would be basically for surfing the web and learning the MacOS. Since that deal is over, I guess now my choices are the 13" MBP for 1049 for the 11" MBA from local sale.
Oh, I also have a iPad 2, so I am wondering if getting the 11" is kinda pointless aside from the fact of the obvious differences.

So what I am asking now is this. Is it worth paying 800 for a 11" MBA or 1049 for a 13" MBP...which would you do?

If you already have an iPad I would get the 13".
