Help why does itunes sync voice recordings

how can i make it so that itunes dosnt get the voice memos or voice recordings from my iphone 3g and ipod nano 5th gen

Because it was designed to do that. I hate it. I wish I could turn it off but I never found a way.

Under the 'Music' tab from your iPhone/iPod in the iTunes devices list (which appears in iTunes when you plug it in to sync) there should be a check box to 'include voice memos'. Uncheck this.
