Help - Will this graphics card work?

Hi, Will this graphics card:

Work in my first generation mac pro (1,1) in both os x and bootcamp, without any problems? I want to use it to run UT3 in bootcamp, but I will be switching to running it in OS X soon when it is released in december.
has anyone tried this exact same model before?

P.S. My Specs (if it helps):

2 x Dual 2.66ghz Xeons (4 cores total)
4 x 512mb ram (2gb total, will be upgrading to 4gn very soon)
2 x 250gb hds (500gb total)
7300gt (this will be removed if I get the 8800gt)

It won't work in OS X without being flashed. It may not work at all if it doesn't have enough... oh, it's been so long... PRAM? I think.

There's a massive thread here listing what cards work to be flashed and how to do it. Actually there are two, but since you have the original Mac Pro, you want the thread with "EFI32" in the title.
