Help with a program please

Hey guys is there any program out there that can click links using different IP addresses? I just want it to click a link like 100 times a day, using different IP addresses (the can be fake I don't care, just so it doesn't show up as the same IP? Also I would like it to be for OS X but if you guys know of one for Windows than tell me that too.

I can't think of one ethical reason why someone would need to do that.

Good luck in scamming the online contest, or jacking some company over by slamming them with a huge click-through advertising bill or whatever it is you want to do.

You may be a gentleman and a scholar in RL -- but first post on MR and you want the powah to be a stealth clicker -- not a good first impression.
