Help with an upgrade.

I currently have a vista pc (oem) and was wondering if i could upgrade to 7 and then move the machine to a Mac under parallels. Would 7 be oem still or would this work because it will save about 80 dollars.

Let me see if I have this straight. You currently have a PC with Vista installed, you want to upgrade it to Windows 7, then take that hard drive and put it in a Mac and use Parallels to access the OS?

If that's your question, the answer is No.
