Help with Android Screen lock

Is it possible to make Android lock after say 4 Hours? So my screen turns off after 5 mins but I don't want to have to type my password/scan my eyes/fingerprint every single time. Only after a few hours incase it's stolen or something.

My old iPhone could do this. Only had to type my password in when I woke up.

I want to use android pay but don't really want a password every single time I open my phone.

The longest time allowed by my Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (running Nougat) is 30 minutes. I couldn't tell you what the max allowed time on my Nexus 6p running Oreo is as 10 minutes is the longest allowed by a work profile.
