Help with Apache WebServer

I am behind a DLINK-524 Wireless router with a 4 port hub,my ISP is RoadRunner from Time Warner Cable. I can view my webserver on my network,but I want it to be available out of my network where others can see it. I have tried some things but they didn't work. Can Someone please tell me exactly what to do? thanks...

I type in 192.168.0.1 and the admin name and password of my router to change the settings.

You need to set up port forwarding on the router to foward http requests to your IP. Run a search on the forums, there have been quite a few threads on this issue 😉
