Help with Apple Watch 3 locked or unlocked?

I just brought an Apple Watch 4. Trying to sell my Series 3 A1861 MQK92LL/A, it was through AT&T, now unpaired. Can someone tell me, if this is unlocked or not? When I sell it, I need to know which is it.
