Ok. Just installed Snow Leopard. Trying to install boot camp from utilities and i am getting this error message>>>>

"Back up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again".

What do i need to do and how to do it? Thanks for any help

Do you have your internal HDD partitioned already? Boot Camp won't work if you do this. If you have Time Machine set up and configured then you should be good to go - tell TM to make a manual backup just before you wipe the disk, though, just to be safe. Then, reinstall the OS, restore your files from your Time Machine backup, and try again.

Another alternative, which I highly recommend, is to use disk cloning software, such as CCC or SuperDuper!, to make an exact copy of your disk. Then, boot from the clone and clone the clone back to the internal disk. Reboot once more, this time from the internal disk.
