iPhone Help With Bundling mobileicons

Needing help with Bundling images for mobileicons. Meaning the correct name to give the folder which my custom mobileicons are put for winterboard. I am on a 4s running Evasi0n 6.1.2. 😕 I'm trying to change the white text and icon to lime. Also to change the top SB.

Temp solvent for blue SB: antitint app from cydia

Still would like to find a method in winterboard
