iPod Help with converting Videos in QT

I'm trying to convert some downloaded mpeg files for my girlfriend's video iPod. I'm using QT Pro and after I exported them to iPod settings the .m4v files play in iTunes but with no audio. Any ideas as to why? Or how I can fix it?

QuickTime can't demux the audio streams from MPEG files, annoyingly; so that's why no sound is in the resulting file.

Try using a different app to convert; if you're on a Mac I recommend iSquint.
