Help with display problem

I have one just like it, the difference being it only shows when viewing off angle, when sitting or on any non white/bright background, it goes away. Is this a defect? Mine is placed an inche from the screen's edge.

I ask because there are no dead pixels, bleeding or any visible problems. Today is the last day in the return window and I don't know if I keep it or send it back.

That link doesn't work but if you are not content with the computer you paid good money for and will have for years send it back and get it repaired or replaced.
