Help with Dock Preferences

I recently installed Super Dock on my Mac and uninstalled it because i didn't like it, but it seems that the effects of the program still exist (custom animations and behaviors made by the program).How would I go about fixing that ? Can I reinstall the Dock ?

BTW: I tried to fix it in preferences but that doesn't work.

Does Super Dock have a 'restore to custom settings' option? If it does, I suppose you could re-install it, and try to restore to custom settings over Super Dock, see if that helps.

Alternatively try to override your preferences with a program like Candybar?
