Help with dvd copying?

Hello all,

i want to copy a file "image.img" onto a dvd and put it into my mac.

how?ha, i suck at this.

comes up with an error message.

"Unable to burn "image.img". (image not recognised)

What program do i need to burn a .ccd/.img/.sub

Please help.

all you need to do i think is erase the .img and then put it on the DVD then when it gets to the other computer add the .img
