Is there a way to make the UI solid colored with this tweak? I have seen it done with some users screenshots.

I have tried all the settings, but to no avail.

I too would have simply suggested what eyoungren did so I'm no help. Got to tell you, though, your settings icons is amazing! Love the overall look. Honestly too, I kind of like the lighter shade between the various app types. I'd be tempted to just leave it as is. Gives a bit of depth.
 
I noticed that it doesn't do much on some stock apps like videos and notes who are still white.

Other than eclipse3, is there another good tweak who do dark mode? I know there are NightMode9 but it was not compatible with 9.3.3 last time I checked
 
Have another question.

Status bar font colors won't apply to spring board or lock screen. They only apply in apps. I have the disable on spring board toggle off.

What you need is StatusbarColour
