Hi all,

I have a 16gb ipad, i do a huge amount of mail and i have found lately that i am running low on memory. I have very few apps, may 5 3rd party apps, all under 1gb. I think all my email is adding up.
How do i delete all my email from my ipad, but able to KEEP them all on my yahoo account when i use a pc/mac. When i delete an email on my ipad it deletes it also from the actual account on yahoo.

Please help!! thanks :)

Not sure if I got you correctly. So you want to delete most of you emails LOCALLY, and still able to receive new emails, to improve speed? Honestly I don't think number of emails will affect your iPad speed, because I also have lots of emails and see no slowness. Try a different mail app like Sparrow, see if it works out for you.

Ok, I'll try and rephrase :p I do a lot of email, whenever I plug my iPad into iTunes, a page comes up, and it shows my memory bar along the bottom. I know u are familiar with this. It shows music 0gb photos 0gb etc but it shows 13gb "other" I am assuming this can only be mail.
I use apples mail app. I would like to know if this "other" filling my memory is mail.
I have many very important emails, and I would like to know can I delete email off my iPad ONLY but keep them in existence so when I check my email from a computer all the email, I deleted off my iPad will b there,

Really hope I'm clearer
