help with ftp in finder

ok, so i decided to make a website and host it on a free hosting site. here's what i'm trying to do:

in finder > connect to server.....

ftp://ftp.sitesled.com

then the user name and password comes up, but it says my username and password aren't correct....

but when i use an ftp client, it works.....

any ideas?

ok so i downloaded cyberduck and macfuse.....after installing both and restarting.....i can use cyberduck to connect, but when i try to upload or sync using cyberduck, it says too many connections from this IP. how can i fix this?

well i got the plugin for firefox to work....but it doesn't seem the best though. any help would be appreciated....

alright, surely someone can help me. now after i edit my site with iweb, then publish to folder, then upload the folder using fireftp or whatever, my website didn't change! what am i doing wrong?

I've never used iweb. Did you refresh? Clearing your browser cache? Did you upload to the right folder?

yes i refreshed. i pretty sure i uploaded the right folder also. i don't know what's going on

ok i don't know what's going on now. i can't even connect to the ftp site anymore....and i could just a second ago.....i don't know what's going on here
