Now that MobileMe is converting to iCloud, and losing Gallery in the process, I'd like to take my pictures off Gallery and store them elsewhere.

But I'm not sure the best way to do this. I don't have, nor do I want to use, iPhoto. I'd like to obtain the original files themselves.

I've seen two ways to do this: go into iDisk, in the Web/Sites/_gallery folder (the question here is, I'm not sure which file is the correct one - there's various versions of a picture (large, thumbnail, etc)), and enabling downloading of the album, and going into the public gallery and do just that.

My question is, which one gets me the original pictures that I uploaded?

Thanks in advance!

How did they get there in the first place? Where are the originals? Did you delete them after they were uploaded? If so, the only way I know would be to download them album by album or sync with iPhoto.
