iPod touch help with handbrake?

im trying to rip a dvd onto my ipod touch...i downloaded handbrake for windows and i selected my dvd drive and it is saying cannot use copy protected content. how do i do it then?

try with another software to convert dvd to mp4. I use Cucusoft and is OK.
