Help with 'Icy'

I've just downloaded Icy (from Cydia), and I can get it running and it shows my packages I have downloaded and all, but when I go to search for anything to download, nothing shows up? Or perhaps I'm entering it in the wrong area? I'd like some help with this, please.

I'm running iOS4 on a 3G, and I used JailbreakMe.

P.S. Please no comments just telling me to stick with Cydia (I'm still going to use it, I'd just like to use this, too)

Icy hasn't been updated since forever. I doubt anything there will even work with 4.0
It's pretty much dead.

Alright, that's understandable. Do you know of any other alternatives to Cydia that I could obtain without having to go through another Jailbreaking process (like Rock or something)?

There's not many options.
Only cydia and rock. And you gotta have cydia to install rock unless your on 3.1.2 and use blackrain.
