Help with installing a new GUI Theme

i downloaded this theme from here:

i downloaded the eternal theme and on my desktop it left this:

ETERNAL AQUA.guiKit

but i dont know what to do next, there is no read me dock or anything. please help!

You need either ShapeShifter (from unsanity.com) or Duality 4 (available from versiontracker) to install/deploy a theme.
