I read through other threads, other forums and such.

I installed the public beta profile and when I check for the beta to update, it says that 4.3.2 is up to date.

I have tried combinations of removing, adding the certs from the phone/watch. Rebooting, unpairing and pairing, resetting the watch, being on and off wifi and more.

I have installed regular betas and public betas before, so know the ins and outs, but this one is puzzling me.

Any other ideas?

Well, I guess that would explain it. I have always gone the regular beta route but chose to do the public beta this time. I thought it would have been the same, just always one seed behind. Maybe

There is no public beta for Watch OS as it is not possible to revert to Watch OS4. On all other platforms you can revert to the current shipping version of the OS.

I uninstalled the public certs and installed the regular beta certs. Worked like a charm. Thanks for the info! Now I know for next year!

Go to settings>general>profile and go into the cert and delete it.
