Help with ios18 password app

I am getting familiar with the password app in the new ios18
It tells me I have a compromised password for website smart321.com
I never heard of the site before.I went there safari can not find the server/website.
Just curious if anybody heard of this site before

It is like a website you visited in the past that isn't around any more. You should be able to delete that.

smart321 is a software company that deals with smart home apps. Do you have anything related to Tuya, Feit, Smart Life, etc? The domain is still around...they just don't have anything on the 'www' sub-domain, which is why nothing shows up when you go to smart321.com. You likely visited some other sub-domain that has/had a login for whatever you're using.

These are just a few examples of pages/apps they have.

found this post on google, i also have the same situation. compromised password and i don't recognize the website. i don't have any smart home apps. there's a few other posts out there with more people experiencing this, it's a bit suspicious.
