Help with iPad purchase.... now or later?

So my friend is willing to sell me his iPad for $375 (16 GB + Wi-fi) he just bought it like 2 months ago and doesnt want it... should i go with it and buy it or wait for the iPad 2? please help me!!

That's a pretty good deal. But I'd bet you could get that iPad used for even less when the iPad 2 comes out.
