First, I just want to say I am brand new to the forums and hopefully I don't look too stupid, so take it easy on me. And thanks in advance for any help! Now to my problem. I have had an iPhone 4 for about a year. My sister had just recently got an iPhone 4. She started adding contacts to her phone. Sometime in the evening, I check my phone and all my contacts have disappeared but for some reason I have her contacts. She says her contacts are all gone as well. This is extremely frustrating to me because we both have separate Apple ID's. So I plug my device into iTunes and I wanted to restore from a backup. It says my device was last backed up to iCloud on 06/04/2013 at 2:11 AM. So I restore my device but under the drop down menu, for which specific backup I want to use to restore my device, it doesn't show which date and time for the backup. (I hope that makes sense, it kind of does, kind of doesn't.) So I just choose my regular backup "Jake's iPhone" and after its restoring, I still do not have my contacts at all. I don't have my pictures either. I only have the apps. I don't know what is going on. I have no idea how this happened because we have separate Apple ID's. We are both on verizon if that helps.
