Help with iphone 5c please

My dad has an iphone 5c, when he gets called from home the caller display shows Home or "one of his contact's names" calling. First I checked to see if he had entered the same phone number by mistake in two separate contacts, which he hadn't, then I deleted the contact's name. I tried calling again from home but the problem persists. Can anyone shed some light as to what I can do to sort it? Thanks
