Help with Lock Screen

My lock screen is different then it is normally. It has the music app in top half and lock screen photo is very faint/washed out.
I dont know if I did this or if there is a problem....

Close the music app or restart your phone. Probably happened when you paused the music or something. No big issue here.

My 5s shows that way all the time when an app is running in the background and it auto-locks.
