Hey there,
I am in a bit of an annoying jam. It's not an OS breaking jam, just an annoying one..
I am using a 2013 MacBook Pro "15 and when I got it and initialized the OS license and whatnot I was using what is now my old Apple ID. I am now using an entirely different Apple ID/iCloud account and have most of my iTunes library, etc. associated with that one.
Problem is, every time there is a software update for the OS or an iLife app, I need to sign in with my old/first Apple ID and download and install through that.
Is there a way I can reset the license to the OS(10.10 -Yosemite) and iLife apps to my current Apple ID?
Would I have to reinstall and have a fresh OS to go through the license or initialization with my current account?

Basically--
I began using this MacBookPro with an old Apple account and every time I update I need to sign into it again. I don't want to have the OS and apps linked with that account anymore and want to only use my current Apple account.
Is this possible?

-Thanks!

EDIT:
Solved

-Erased and re-installed Yosemite with my good Appl ID on my MacBook.

There is no way to transfer app ownership to a new AppleID. You will need to repurchase under the new AppleID.

Yeah had a feeling. So I just made a Yosemite boot drive and erased the HDD and re-installed the OS and used my good Appl ID from the start.
