Help with my iPhone5

Hello everyone my name is Gustavo Woltmann, currently working with a group of publishers. I encountered app problems with my iPhone5 after the recent update of my iOS. My game apps are lagging and sometimes it goes out of the game automatically. What should I do?

What iOS version did you update to?

Does this happen with only particular games? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the games? Have you tried restarting? Perhaps resetting all settings if not even reinstalling?

Thanks for your replies guys. Well, looks like everyone is telling me to update my phone so I decided to go for it then. Hope it will solve it all.
